We have worked closely with the Homegroup Association for many years, a group that helps people with housing, social care, and independent living. When the responsibility of independent living becomes too much, we help Homegroup get people back to a safe, clean place to call home.
Job Description
We were tasked with completing a hoarder cleaning in Wakefield, removing any excess house items no longer needed, decluttering, cleaning, and sanitising the rest of the property.
Key Challenges
Our work required close collaboration with the homeowner to ensure the safety of all requested items left in the property. At the homeowner's request, the client vacated the property during the cleaning process.
Conclusion
Through good communication between Homegroup, the client and our team, all items were kept as requested. The home was cleaned, sanitised and handed back to the homeowner.
