Depending on the property, we can also help with exterior window cleaning, garage and outbuilding clearance, and garden tidying. Just ask when you book, and we will include it in your quote.
Our re-clean guarantee
We stand behind our work. If the check-out report flags a cleaning issue after we have completed an end-of-tenancy clean, we will return and put it right, free of charge.
Re-Clean request: Window is within 72 hours of the clean, provided the property has not been reoccupied. Just let us know what has been flagged, and we will arrange a return visit.

What is included in the clean?
A full room-by-room clean, covering the kitchen, including the oven, bathrooms, and all rooms, including carpets, inside windows, cupboards, skirting boards and limescale removal. The full checklist is set out above. Optional extras such as exterior windows and garden tidying can be added to your quote.
Is oven cleaning included?
No. Oven cleaning is not included as standard. It is available upon request.
Are carpets included?
No. Carpet cleaning is not included as standard. It is available upon request.
Do I need to be there when you clean?
No. We can collect keys or work from a key arranged through your letting agent, and we will let you know when the clean is complete. This is often easier when you are managing a move.
How quickly can you do it?
Move-out dates are often tight, so we keep the turnaround short. Tell us your date when you enquire, and we will confirm what we can do. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks.
How does the re-clean guarantee work?
If the check-out report flags a cleaning issue after we have completed the clean, contact us within 72 hours and, provided the property has not been reoccupied, we will return and put it right free of charge.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We work for many landlords and letting agents across South Yorkshire, both for one-off cleans and as a regular cleaning supplier for managed portfolios. We can clean to your check-out inventory and hand out keys.
What if the property is in a worse state than a normal end of tenancy clean?
If a property has been left in significantly poor condition, for example after a difficult tenancy or abandonment, that is a bigger job than a standard end-of-tenancy clean.
