Our process, on every call-out
- Site-specific risk assessment and method statement (RAMS): Issued in advance for scheduled work; produced on arrival for emergency call-outs and submitted in writing afterwards.
- Containment and isolation: Affected area sealed to prevent cross-contamination and to allow continued use of unaffected parts of the building where possible.
- Removal of contaminated materials: Soft furnishings, floor coverings, and any porous materials that cannot be safely decontaminated are bagged for licensed disposal.
- Chemical and mechanical decontamination: All hard surfaces treated to industry-approved standards. Cleaning products selected to match the pathogen profile of the incident.
- Fogging and air treatment: Where indicated by the incident type, including ULV fogging, ozone or hydroxyl treatment for pathogen control and odour remediation.
- ATP surface validation: Where required by the client or by sector-specific protocols, we conduct post-clean ATP swab testing and provide the results in the documentation pack.
